Relocating to the Wyoming or Laramie area
When moving to a new area, you can have an overwhelming amount of things on your mind: a different job, different schools, a different church, different daily routines, and last but not least, finding a new place for your family to live. At Aspen Real Estate of Laramie, I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. I have a long history of finding buyers the right home by following a refined process guaranteed to speed up your search.
When relocating, you often don’t have the time to look at every conceivable area listing. At best, you might be able to visit 20 to 25, so whittle down that list first thing with this advice:
- Before you get here, send me a couple of lists: One should be of things you require in your new home. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn’t even meet your needs, we can take it out of the list.
- Know your budget. If you are going to get a home loan, know your pre-approved amount prior to seeing listings so we can eliminate homes beyond your budget.
- Think about drive time to work or other activities. Traffic around Laramie could be different than what you’re accustomed to, so tell me how much time you’re ready to spend travelling each day.
Before we meet in person, I could send you my picks for listings we should see. Or you might already have some strong possibilities based on your own research. While seeing listing photos on the web is invaluable, there’s nothing like touring homes in person. I can schedule any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. We could see up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
